Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data the Medi Govexa app and website collect, why, who can see it, how long we keep it, and how you can use your rights. It applies to patients and to ambulance drivers who use the app's driver mode.

- We collect only what the app needs: your mobile number, your profile, your bookings, your location when you allow it, and your support messages.
- We do not collect medical records, diagnoses, prescriptions, or payment or card details.
- We do not show advertising and we do not sell your data.
- Our database is in India (Mumbai). Some processing happens on servers in Singapore.
- You can delete your account in the app, or by email. See Delete your account.
1. Who we are
The Medi Govexa app and the website www.medigovexa.com are run by MEDI GOVEXA PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN U86100TS2026PTC222459). In this policy, "Medi Govexa", "we" and "us" mean this company.
Registered address:
8-7-170/40, Plot No. 40, Shankar Enclave, RR Bus Stop, Bowenpally, Tirumalagiri, Hyderabad, Telangana 500011The app is called "Medi Govexa" on the app stores (Android package com.medigovexa.app). The developer is Medi Govexa Private Limited. Our service area is Hyderabad and Telangana.
2. What Medi Govexa does
The app helps people:
- find a hospital (government, private, NGO and rehabilitation centres);
- book an ambulance (ambulance drivers use the same app in "driver mode");
- talk to a telecaller by a normal phone call;
- get help through in-app support chat.
Medi Govexa guides and connects. It does not diagnose or treat, and it does not give medical advice.
3. Data we collect from patients
- Sign-in: your mobile number. We send a one-time code to it by SMS.
- Profile: name, age, gender and area. Some parts are optional; you choose what to fill in.
- Location (only if you allow it): to show hospitals near you, and to set the pickup point for an ambulance. When you search for nearby hospitals, your location is sent with the search. We do not keep it as a location history.
- Ambulance bookings: pickup location, pickup address and landmark, destination (a hospital or an address), patient name and contact number (also when you book for someone else), any notes you add, and the booking status timeline (assigned, on the way, arrived, picked up, completed, cancelled).
- History: hospitals you called or asked for directions to from the app, and telecaller calls you started from the app.
- Support chat: the messages you exchange with the Medi Govexa support team.
- App activity: which screens and features you use, the app version and your phone's platform (for example Android). We use this only for internal statistics, not for advertising.
- Technical data: IP address and basic device information in our server logs.
4. Data we collect from ambulance drivers (driver mode)
- Account: mobile number, name, vehicle registration number and ambulance type.
- Documents: photos of your driving licence and vehicle RC. They are stored privately. Only the Medi Govexa team that approves drivers can see them. They are never shown to patients.
- Live location while you are online: to offer you nearby bookings and to show the patient how the trip is progressing. When you go offline, your stored live position is removed. When you tap "arrived", your distance from the pickup point at that moment is saved with the trip.
- Background location: while you are online, the current version of the app can share your location even when the app is in the background. Android shows a notification while this is happening.
- Trip history: the bookings you accepted and their status timeline.
5. What we do not collect
